These Terms of Service govern your use of app.mcpflooring.com and your participation in our text messaging programs. By using this website or submitting our form, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

MCP FLOORING, LLC is a flooring company based at 16770 US-441 Ste 602, Summerfield, FL 34491. We supply and install luxury vinyl plank flooring for homeowners in Marion, Sumter and Lake County, Florida. You can reach us at (352) 425-6387 or info@mcpflooring.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this website, to submit a request, and to opt in to either of our text messaging programs. By using this website or opting in to our text messaging programs, you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.

3. Requesting an estimate

Submitting the form on this website is a request for an estimate. It is not a contract and it does not obligate you to purchase anything. Any price we discuss before an in-home measurement is an approximation; a binding price is given only in a written quote after we have measured your space. Final pricing depends on the material selected, the square footage measured on site, subfloor condition, and what has to be removed and hauled away.

4. Text messaging program terms

MCP FLOORING, LLC runs two separate text-messaging programs, and each one requires its own separate opt-in checkbox on our form. Checking one box does not opt you in to the other, and neither box is required to submit our form or to purchase any product or service.

Customer care program

By providing your phone number and checking the customer care text-messaging box, you consent to receive SMS text messages from MCP FLOORING, LLC about your flooring estimate, appointment scheduling, measurements, and project and installation updates.

Marketing program

By separately checking the marketing box, you consent to receive marketing and promotional SMS text messages from MCP FLOORING, LLC, such as seasonal flooring offers and discounts. Marketing consent is collected separately and is never required to receive customer care messages or to buy anything from us.

The following terms apply to both programs

How to opt in. You opt in by checking the corresponding box on the form at https://app.mcpflooring.com/. Neither box is ever pre-checked and neither is required to submit the form.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your project and your replies. There is no fixed number of messages.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your plan with your mobile carrier. MCP FLOORING, LLC does not charge you for these messages.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. STOP ends all text messages from us, including both programs. After you send STOP we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can buy from us without agreeing to receive text messages.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Your number. You agree to provide a mobile number that belongs to you, and to tell us if it changes or is reassigned.

For details on how we handle the information collected through our messaging programs, see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. In-home sales and your right to cancel

Because we present samples and take measurements at your home, a purchase agreement signed at your residence may be a home solicitation sale under Chapter 501, Part I, Florida Statutes. If it is, you have the right to cancel that agreement without penalty or obligation within three business days from the date you sign it. To cancel, notify us in writing at 16770 US-441 Ste 602, Summerfield, FL 34491, or by email at info@mcpflooring.com, before midnight of the third business day following the date of the agreement. Your written agreement with us will state this right and how to exercise it.

Nothing on this website is a purchase agreement. Submitting the form only requests an estimate.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to submit false information, to submit a phone number that is not yours, or to interfere with the operation of the site.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MCP FLOORING, LLC disclaims all warranties relating to this website and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty that applies to flooring products or installation work under a signed contract with us.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
