This Privacy Policy explains how MCP FLOORING, LLC ("MCP Flooring", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects the information you give us through this website at app.mcpflooring.com. MCP FLOORING, LLC is a flooring company located at 16770 US-441 Ste 602, Summerfield, FL 34491.

We collect only what you type into our estimate request form:

Contact details — your first and last name, mobile phone number and email address.
Project details — your ZIP code and roughly how many rooms you plan to replace.
Consent records — whether you checked each of our consent boxes, the exact wording you agreed to, the page address where you gave consent, and the date and time.

We do not buy, rent or otherwise obtain phone numbers or contact information from third parties.

2. How we use your information

To contact you about the flooring estimate you requested.
To schedule and confirm your in-home appointment and measurements.
To send you updates about your project and installation.
To send you marketing and promotional messages, but only if you separately chose to receive them.
To keep a record of the consent you gave us, as required by messaging regulations.

3. Text messaging (SMS) and mobile information

MCP FLOORING, LLC operates two separate text-messaging programs, and each one has its own separate opt-in checkbox on our form. Checking one box does not opt you in to the other, and neither box is required to submit our form or to buy anything from us.

Customer care messages

If you provide your phone number and check the customer care text-messaging consent box on our form, you agree to receive SMS text messages from MCP FLOORING, LLC about your flooring estimate, appointment scheduling, measurements, and project and installation updates.

Marketing messages

If you separately check the marketing consent box, you agree to receive marketing and promotional SMS text messages from MCP FLOORING, LLC, such as seasonal flooring offers and discounts. This consent is collected separately from customer care consent and is never bundled with it.

Terms that apply to both programs

Message frequency varies based on your project and how you reply.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your plan and your mobile carrier.
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. STOP ends all text messages from us, including both programs. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages unless you opt in again.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We never sell your mobile information, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstance.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited situations:

Service providers who help us run the business — for example our customer relationship management platform and our messaging provider — and only to the extent needed to do that work for us.
Legal requirements — when we are required to by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, property or safety.

As stated above, mobile information and SMS opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Your choices

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us.
You may ask us to delete the information you submitted by emailing info@mcpflooring.com or calling (352) 425-6387.
Leaving the text messaging boxes unchecked does not stop us from responding to you. We will still reply by phone or email.

6. Data security and retention

Your information is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in our customer relationship management platform with access limited to people who need it to serve you. We keep consent records for as long as required by applicable messaging regulations.

7. Age requirement

This website and our text messaging programs are intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this Privacy Policy we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
